It feels impossible to name a favorite part of the program, but generally I think my favorite part was the energetic and spiritual connection I felt and will continue to feel with the amazing, spiritual, magical women I've met here. Each one bringing something you unique, special, to complete our circle and oneness.

My biggest lesson I learned from the program was that I have everything I need. Seeing and experiencing my own true presence was a matter of letting go of the illusions, stories, etc. That were masking my own divinity. My favorite part of the retreat where the in between moments - the moments after diving deep within ourselves were moments where we were more open, relaxed, and able to connect.

This program helped me discover that I can do anything I really put my mind to. Physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

Kundalini, somatic movement, and rewilding were experiences that helped me reconnect with myself. I felt held, inspired, and loved by myself. To elicit such love and groundedness from within was something I never thought was possible.
